This was a extremely attention-grabbing film. For me it had two important parts. One is emotional, linking totally different stories of war-torn Lebanon within the 1980s, and the way one hyperlinks (or does not hyperlink) Memory Wave Experience (and regret and denial) with heritage for a younger generation that never knew the country. For me personally, it was superb how many musical references I may catch (all of them). On that degree the film is admirable, engaging, and one can see that each one concerned partake in what is a deep connection, and catharsis that celebrates survival, nevertheless it was achieved. Nonetheless, there's one other aspect, which is the construction of the movie itself, and what it leaves unexplored as a narrative. I found that some issues, notably associated to context and who lots of the characters had been and what become of them have been lacking. That part was not really as convincing as it might have been.
