So, when i purchased it, I was skeptical at first because I didn't want to use any repellent due to my dogs across the house, and I used to be afraid it might harm them, however this bug zapper compensates for it, and it has really worked wonders. I've one exterior hanging close to my again door and one inside as nicely, near the window. They each get all the annoying little bugs.
